Desk staff helpful, gave recommendations. Onsite maintenance explained AC. Laundry services available, returned same day.
There was nothing I didn't like.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The desk staff were incredibly helpful and gave us fantastic recommendations for places to eat around this city. On top of that, the onsite maintenance team was fantastic - they helped us figure out how to use the air conditioning right away. We also appreciated that laundry services were available and that our clothes were returned to us the same day. Finally, the hotel was conveniently located near the most important avenue in this city, which made it easy to get around.
Nothing at all.

The city we visited was really lovely and had tons of authentic Mexican food options. , the hotel staff was friendly and welcoming upon arrival. The location was quite central with the main avenue just around the corner. It was also easy to find some interesting stores and markets within walking distance, which made for a fun outing. The complementary breakfast was served at a reasonable hour and the coffee was hot.
Our romantic escape was not so romantic, the room was very small and cramped, more like a closet than a room. , there were no nice views from the windows.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city with many stores and restaurants around. Rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly. the Wi-Fi connection worked perfectly and the air conditioning was a huge advantage during the hot days.
The room was tiny with no view and there was no space to put our suitcases except on the floor. the showerhead was uncomfortable and there was not enough water coming out.

The service at Latino Hotel was phenomenal. The staff were very friendly and kind, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel's location was also great, being situated near the bustling avenue of Sahuayo with plenty of stores and eateries to explore. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and even though I didn't dine at the hotel, there were numerous options nearby to try authentic Mexican food such as the famous "carnitas." I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and convenient location.
